Aluminized Heat Insulation protective clothing for firefighters

(1) This product complies with the GA634-2015 "Firefighter's Insulation Protective Clothing" standard.

(2) Purpose: It is used for whole body protection in places with strong heat radiation. It has the properties of hydrostatic pressure resistance, flame retardant, thermal stability, and waterproof.

(3) All parts are sewn smoothly, and there will be no defects such as loose thread, skipped stitches and breakage.

(4) Outer layer performance of the fabric:

Warp tearing strength 100N; weft tearing strength 100N; warp peeling strength 9.3N/30mm; weft peeling strength 9.2N/30mm; hydrostatic pressure resistance (water temperature 20℃)> 30kPa (front contact with water surface).

(5) Flame retardant performance:

Warp continuous burning time is 0s; weft continuous burning time is 0s; warp damage length is 14mm; weft damage length is 14mm; no melting or dripping phenomenon.

(6) Thermal stability:

The dimensional change rate is 1% in the warp direction and 1% in the weft direction. After 5 minutes at 260°C, there is no discoloration, delamination, melting and dripping.
