Pulley device

This product meets the requirements of the national GA494-2004 "Fall Prevention Equipment for Fire Fighting" standard.

Side plate and pulley material: aluminum alloy 7075.

Appearance and processing: There are no edges, corners, hairs, cracks, obvious indentations and scratches, and the edges are curved.

Work load: The light pulley device can withstand a test load of not less than 5kN, and the general-purpose pulley device can withstand a test load of not less than 22kN. After the test, there will be no permanent damage to the device.

Permanent injury, obvious deformation or damage to the rope body.

Ultimate load: the light pulley device can withstand a test load of not less than 22kN without failure, and the general-purpose pulley device can withstand a test load of not less than 36kN without failure. If there is a handle ring at the bottom of the pulley device, the handle ring of the light pulley device can withstand a test load of not less than 12kN without failure, and the handle ring of the universal pulley device can withstand a test load of not less than 19.5kN without failure.

Corrosion resistance: After the 48h neutral salt spray test specified in GB/T 10125-1997, the appearance still meets the requirements of GB 6461-2002 for the minor level of appearance rating, and the original performance is maintained.

Logo: There is a permanent logo in a prominent position of the fire-fighting anti-fall equipment, and its content is: product model, use trademark (or manufacturer name), batch number, and production date, etc.
